How do I book an inspection trip?

If you want to get a comprehensive picture of the place, we recommend a sightseeing trip with us.Simply let us know when you are planning your trip to Northern Cyprus, how you will arrive, where you will be staying and clarify with your contact person which developers and properties are particularly important to you.

How does the inspection trip work?

After your arrival in Larnaca or Ercan, you will be taken to your accommodation by taxi. Depending onAvailability, pick-up service and accommodation are often free for 3 nights of oneProperty developer provided if you are really interested in purchasing one of his properties.Otherwise, we will be happy to help you organize this yourself. 

The self-catering apartments are located in the developer's already completed facilities, so you get a good impression of the construction quality, furnishings and living concept. The agreed appointments with the property developer and us will take place in the following days. After a short presentation in the office, the developer's finished properties and the planned locations are presentedOff-plan projects shown.

We would also strongly recommend that you get a free consultation from a law firm on the subject  to purchase real estate. If you are interested in purchasing, you should contact the lawyerGrant Power of Attorney (authority for the purchase process). This is free and of course does not oblige youto purchase, but allows your lawyer to handle the purchase process for you if you choose (perhapsdecide to buy a property at a later date. Only then do they fallLegal fees (around £1,500 per property purchase).

Of course we will be happy to coordinate an appointment for you.

What are the requirements?

For our very individual sightseeing trips, including objective advice with many valuable tips andInsights from us and our team, you should be very interested in buying a property and yourFinances have already been clarified. You should be able to pay the 1st deposit (at least 35% of the purchase amount)to be achieved in 2-4 weeks.

What do I have to bring?

In addition to a little time (we plan around 2-4 hours per property developer), you should include all of your open ones at this appointmentBring questions. Sturdy shoes and practical clothing are just as helpful on construction sitesa little food for hunger or thirst in between.

 

Cash or credit card for groceries, sightseeing and property purchases - a reservation costsusually between £2,000 and £10,000.

 

You should have a passport with you for the consultation appointment with the lawyer so that you can register for the

Granting onePower of attorney (power of attorney for the purchase process) are prepared.
